As some of you seen earlier I found this little guy on the side of the road the other night. He was scared and his stomach was bloated. I purchased some dewormer the first night his belly went down but now it is back. He didn’t have a chip so no luck on that. I can’t get him to drink any water but he has been eating wet food and pumpkin. I am a broke college student and I can’t take him to the vet and I feel like he needs more help than I can give him. I don’t want to take him to a shelter because he is so sweet and loving there is no telling how long he will be in there for. If you could help me rehome him or give me some advice that would be great
